2008 Club Uniform Order
Due to requests from several club members, we're going to try and do a uniform re-order this summer. Our order has to be in by July 7th, and would ship the week of August 25th. THIS IS A VERY QUICK TURN-AROUND, SO IF YOU WANT A UNIFORM THIS YEAR YOU NEED TO ACT QUICKLY!!! We will need to hit the minimum order quantities for each category, so if you are interested please put your order in right away. If we are not able to hit the minimum order quantities, we will refund everyone's money.
Manufacturer
Our uniform vendor is Voler (pronounced “Voh-lay”). We looked at several options, and Voler was chosen for the quality of their uniforms and their ability to guarantee delivery on a specific date. Most people agree that the uniforms fit well and hold up well to wear and tear. Plus they look cool out on the course. What’s Available?
We're going to limit this re-order to bottoms and short-sleeve tops, based on demands of the other items last time. If you have an interest in getting long-sleeve or speciality items, e-mail uniforms@circlesitymultisport.com and we'll see if we have enough people to open that up.
Minimum Order Quantities
We have to order a minimum of 25 pieces within any “group” of like items in order to get anything from that group. Just be forewarned that if we don’t hit the minimum in a group, we may not be able to get everything you want. Hopefully we’ll have enough orders so that won’t be an issue. Pricing
Pricing for all items will be available via the on-line catalog. The price we are using is what Voler charges, plus the percentage that PayPal charges for on-line transaction processing (around 3%). No - we're not making any money on the deal!

Ordering
Please use the On-line Uniform Catalog to make your orders. We have to pay for the uniforms up front, so this year you will pay when you order. If it turns out that we can’t get something because we don’t hit the minimum, your money will be refunded ASAP.
Timeline
- July 7th – orders are due, along with payment for items
- August 25th – uniforms ship from Voler
We’ll distribute the uniforms as soon as we get them.
